As a consequence, she might say no to the dinner date. A dinner date is high-pressure and generic, so it’s not ideal. (It can be Boring with a capital B.)

A few years ago, I met a guy who asked me to contact him for a dinner date & he even asked me to choose a restaurant. Obviously, I didn’t contact him because that was too much pressure on me. His behavior was very beta: Clearly, he was unwilling to take a risk due to fear of rejection. If a guy is willing to take a risk and is able to remain playful when rejection might happen, he is a truly confident alpha guy as he knows he will be okay no matter what happens.

Actually, if you invite a woman to a salsa dance class or an ice cream date, that’s low-pressure and more fun. Hence, she is more likely to say yes.
